I have received many emails requesting or asking if I come to their city. In an effort to help my agents and assistants.. please use this survey to help me to schedule your city! To  Set Up An Appointment: I do not always set up my own appointments, for club bookings, photo shoots, videos (other than custom) etc...I have agents.
The preferred way to set up an appointment for the first time with me, is to fill out this form completely and submit it . You  will be contacted, usually within a day. I may or may not request a deposit...usually depending on how "real" the request is. Contact me personally if you are having submission problems or feel your request has not been reviewed in due time.  Oversights and internet problems do happen. You will be contacted  by phone or email after I have reviewed and screened the request.  Just by filling out this form doesn't mean an appointment. is set you must  complete the process.

 Please, I don't like cancellations and I am sure you feel the same.  So, PLEASE do not book anything unless you plan to keep it. I do understand emergencies but I have heard alot of sad excuses.  Only serious inquiries will be considered. Rudeness will not be tolerated nor obscene messages. Thank-you!   

 

***You MUST provide "at least" TWO reliable references preferably more! They must be able to be contacted .No exceptions... !!! Please do not submit forms without them or you will not be contacted by my assistant.

You will notice that their are multiple prices.  The exact price is determined by the services; whether you book with me directly or use an agency( yes they collect fees) ; and whether payment is cash or credit card. (for the time being most credit cards will be run thru an agent or third party)
          Private Meeting :  1/2 hour $400 to $600
                 1 hour  $800 to $1200
